After getting off my flight, I was starving and searched for the best corned beef in the Bay Area. Yelp led me to Brother's. Was it the best corned beef I ever had? No. Was it satisfactory? Yeah. The corned beef is shredded and kinda dry with the hash browns and eggs. Overall, the seasoning was missing. I found myself putting lots of salt and pepper just to give it flavor. (This is subjective, so based on my taste buds.) I give it a 4/5 because the atmosphere and the staff were great. Would I come back? Maybe. Just not for the corned beef.

Brothers Cafe consistently never disappoints! They always serve freshly prepared dishes with healthy portion sizes. Service is really friendly and food comes super fast! Ambiance gives you a busy cafe neighborhood feel. Greek Scramble - 4/5 - Fresh tiger prawns chopped up with garlic, feta and veggies. Tasted each ingredient and went well with the wheat bread and hashbrowns. Hashbrowns - 5/5 - this place makes the perfect, hashbrowns just how I like it. Thin, crispy, soft potato middle, and lightly salted. Not too greasy. St. Patty's Benedict - 3.5/5 - Cornbeef hash was on point being salty, crispy, and additional flavor from the grilled peppers. The yolk inside the egg did not drip when cut into, with it being cooked and solid. Next time may just get the cornbeef hash. French Toast - 3.5/5 - Mild sweetness on perfectly cooked super soft brioche bread. My tastebuds were searching for more cinnamon. Dipped every bite in the syrup for more sweetness. Home Run Breakfast Sandwich - 5/5 - Bomb breakfast sandwich with a kick. The fried jalapeños with the sriracha aioli made this one stand out. Order this! Carnitas breakfast special - 3.5/5 - Big portion of carnitas, eggs with cheese, and tortillas. Half of the carnitas were a little on the dry side, nothing the green sauce it came with can't fix.

I looked like an idiot as I tried to figure out how to get inside, lol. Go down the hidden ramp on the right. As I waited for my transition lenses to fade, I was greeted with a smile and handed a menu. I selected the 2x2x2. It came out quickly & piping hot. Fluffy, tasty pancakes, scrambled eggs & sausage that is almost a cross between Portuguese & breakfast, very tasty. Mimosa hit the spot!

Wow! What a delicious spot. I was sick and tired of being brought to chain breakfast joints and wanted something different. The food was amazing and came out FAST! The employees were kind and accommodating. I enjoyed the ambiance and the vibe. I definitely could tell this was a solid spot just by the customer base. I ate the home run! and it was DELICIOUS! Those fried jalapeños pop off in that sandwich. It's so big I am excited to eat the other half of my sandwich and hash browns later. I absolutely recommend giving Brothers Cafe a chance if you're in the area!

Brothers cafe always delivers- it's our favorite breakfast spot. My go to is the chicken and waffles . The chicken is always delicious- perfect blend of spices and not too much batter. The waffle is perfect with a hint of vanilla. My boyfriend likes the bananas foster French toast, the bread is perfect balance to the cinnamon and bananas. And the 1/2 orange juice 1/2 carrot is the perfect blend . Service is always great- always nice and helpful staff. Today I tried the chilaquiles with steak. The steak was perfect pink and seasoning. There was a bit too much salsa but the flavors were good. Highly recommended!!

We were searching for a local restaurant for brunch and Brothers Cafe met all our cravings! After looking through the extensive menu and ordering at the counter, we were welcomed by the staff to sit anywhere inside or outside. We opted to sit inside but the outdoor seating was also a great option. The staff was very attentive and quickly brought us water. We tried the Country Fried Steak & Eggs (comes with hash browns and toast -- I chose sourdough) and the 2x2x2 (two eggs, two pancakes, and sausage). The house sausage gravy for the country fried steak was delicious and the hash browns were crispy. The meal was filling and reasonably priced. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely return again!

We needed some food and Brothers Cafe looked promising. One major criterion was outdoor seating where The Princess could lay down and people watch. Brothers Cafe was perfect for this. The seating is separated from the sidewalk by two or three steps. The overall vibe is mellow. We grabbed an outside table, and menus were brought to us. Once we figured out what we wanted, the order was placed and paid for inside. Drinks, set-ups and everything else we needed was brought to us. Mom's order was simple. She wanted a waffle and two eggs over easy. Easy peasy! The boss got an order of Fried Chicken with Fries and a Green Salad. She loved her food, and I had a small piece from the wing and it was excellent. My food was less successful. I'll often order Chicken Fried Steak or Huevos Rancheros when trying out a new place. However, there was a Daily Special of Carnitas with Chile Verde, Hash Browns, Corn Tortillas and Two Eggs Over Easy. I found the Carnitas to be somewhat dry and asked the server for more Chile Verde. It took a few minutes but when it arrived, it was hot, so that was appreciated. The Hash Browns and Eggs were perfect. The Corn Tortillas were served loose and folded into quarters. They would have been better if presented wrapped to keep them soft and pliable. Princess got a couple small pieces of pork and some egg whites. I also ordered a Latte. It was okay, but I wouldn't order it again. Not enough espresso and not nearly hot enough. Service was pretty good. We got everything that we had asked for and everyone was friendly. We will definitely come back to try other menu items.

What a great menu- on the wall, so many great selections: breakfast, fantastic Swedish pancakes, sandwiches, fresh coffee, tea. Also mimosas, Bloody Mary, screwdriver. ... and more coffee... haha. Friendly, fast service. My Santa Fe breakfast $17.95 was so very good. Large enough to share a few bites with your hubby or friends.
